Glowing Skin With A Rejuvenating Beauty Soak – Part 2

As we promised we are back with more bath soak recipes that you can easily prepare at your home, hoping that you must have enjoyed the rose bath soak.

You must have heard about the eminent beauty of legendary Egyptian Queen Cleopatra. Want to know her beauty secret? Well, Cleopatra’s bath tub was filled with camel milk with sufficient amount of honey added to it. This 2000 year old beauty formula is being revisited by a huge number of people in the 21st century owing to multiple benefits of milk bath.

Elegant Milk Soak – Milk soaks nourish the skin leaving it soft and bringing glow along with firmness of skin.

Ingredients:-

  • Whole Milk or Powdered Milk – 2 Tsp
  • Carrier Oil or Base Oil – 1 Tsp
  • Fragrance Oil (of your choice) – 5 drops
  • Flower petals

Preparation:-
Step One: Fill the bathtub with warm water and mix milk into it.
Step Two: Take carrier oil and fragrance oil in a container, blend them together and add it to bath water.
Step Three: Sprinkle the flower petals on to the water surface & your elegant milk soak is ready.

Lavishly bathe and foster your skin to suppleness. Plus, the warmth of water revitalizes your cells and you feel delightful and energetic.

If you feel it a tedious job to gather all the ingredients, we have the simplest of bath soaks for you- Salt & Soda Bath Soak. You will just need to look around in your pantry for the ingredients and your bath soak mixture will be ready in no time. This simple bath soak is even good for people with sensitive skin and/or allergies as it contains no added colors or fragrances.

Ingredients:-

  • Epsom Salt – 1 cup
  • Sea Salt – 1 cup
  • Baking Soda – 1 cup
  • Dried Flower Petals (if desired)

Preparation:-
Step One: Mix together all the ingredients and shake thoroughly.
Step Two: If you want your mixture to look colorful or attractive, add dry flower petals to it.
Step Three: Put this mixture into an air tight container.
Step Four: Put a few tablespoons into your bathtub and turn the tap on to let the mixture infuse with the water. Remember to shake the mixture every time before use.

  1. We have a tradition here that women uses coconut milk to maintain their good and fair skin. Still today, some of womens are using this method.
